woot. after today (7 April), i finally can rest at home till my NS enlistment date (25 April) coz i haf resign my job. relax at home for few weeks be4 NS. hehe!~ time sure pass fast~! its been 4 month+ le. since i take this job. Assemble air-com parts.
i was in charge of evaporate coil. i duno how to explain the procedure la. each unit has to be finish within 1.5min wor. its the new target timing. last year dec, when i start working, was still a noobie. each unit target timing was 2min. wow this company "pian tai" de. 1.5min per unit is crazy. normal working day so tiring liao. how to continue till OT sia. but i presevere lo. haha.
today kinda of sad bah. coz "wo she bu de" my colleague. they are the ones who spend this tiring 4 month of life with me. we share laughter, jokes, team spirit. they are friendly, easy going uncle. oh, got 1 irritating uncle i would like to highlight about. i duno his name. if not i would curse him all day long. order new comer to do work de. he not supervisor lo nor person in-charge of my station (evap coil). i remember my 1st day of work. my other colleage told me that this uncle has strange attitude. i notice nobody is helping/partner with him leh. no choice, as i was order to "tag" him.
it was my very 1st day leh. he order me do almost everything. den he just stand there , not supervising me nor helping me. he stand there chat with another Malay guy. oh, he was Indonesian so able to speak Malay language. wah, my 1st day of work i was nervous. luckily another colleague of mine, i call him "ah qiang". he guide the procedure of assemble the evap coil. and he told me secretly. none of them likes to partner that KNS uncle coz he got AP de. whenever, there is visitor (Boss) <- American or inspector. he will act in front of them de. such as snatch the job from us. perform well in front of the (Boss). Act sia. i hate this kind of ppl!!. den after the (Boss) walk to other department. he went back to his normal self!. Sibei tulan la. whenever the evap coil was damage or the screw was not put properly. supervisor want to noe who did it. he str8 away accuse me sia. and actually it was his fault!!!!! so from that day onward i die die also won't work as a team with him or i should say i stay far away from him bah. coz nobody likes to work him lo. even my team leader dislike him. but wad to do? hais. ~
